STRENGTH QUEST FINDER
After viewing the video that is shown on the home page, below are my top five strengths and how they benefit me greatly.

Command
My Command theme allows me to have the confidence to take charge and make a difference in this world. With having the ability to work alone and with a team shows that I can go into projects head first and allow myself the ability to present with great creativity. This allows me to present my ideas to others and be a leader by taking charge. I was head of the communications team in ASB during high school where I would present news to the school every week and tasks to my peers that would result to a more effective pep rally. When others come to me for help I give them a direct answer that will benefit us both.

Significance
I like to live a life knowing I can make a change even if it's a big one or a small one. Knowing the technology and advances we have today allows individuals such as myself to have a purpose and determination to make an impact. I was apart of the Hispanic Honors Society where a group of students and I started the "Pulsera Project" where we would sell bracelets and give the funds to a non-profit organization. I also like to have colleagues helping me when it comes to projects, and even having a starting plan helps a lot. In 2021, I also became a social media representative to encourage students to study abroad by coming up with creative content to enlighten and focus on my primary target. I am a kind, independent person who focuses on achieving goals that will help in the long run.

Competition
Competition is everywhere in the Business world, and having the theme of Competition as my strength helps me present the best information I can when it comes to achieving my goals. It has helped me greatly when it comes to sports where being a team captain in my volleyball allowed me to help manage player's greatest strengths and use that as an advantage to win a game and also becoming MVP. Now, in college I am on the dean's list with a 3.7 that shows consistency. I strive to present high performance, productivity, and inspiration.

Focus
Being able to focus on my goals helps me to not get distracted by unnecessary things. Knowing that once I finish my project or paper I can help others and prioritize what needs to be done. Focus is very important to me especially when it comes to academics. I was able to take 18 credits my freshmen year and manage to earn a 3.8 GPA. Once I am given a task this allows me to focus on the task for a company and not get distracted or go off the book. Using the process of elimination gives me the image of how to achieve the task faster than others.

Activator
Initiating action in any plan is key in the business world and in life. For me playing the role of an activator it gives me the visual image how what step to take and when. When working for a company to make a difference, this trait is the first step that allows me to know what to do and how to manage others to do a task. I enjoy bringing ideas to life so studying Marketing Management has benefited me so much already.
Leadership and Responsibility In Greece
Teamwork Is All Around the World

In April 2019, I volunteered to go on a mission's trip to Athens, Greece. I chose to go on this mission because I was able to make an impact by serving food and providing showers for the refugees. My team and I were able to choose our roles and I have a strength in caregiving so I was responsible with making the food and serving it to the refugees. Most of the refugees were from outside of Greece and had traveled thousands of miles because their religion was not accepted where they came from. I learned that Christianity is all over the world by serving food to the refugees. I learned that even with a language barrier there is still some communication that could be understood when it comes to religion. The determination and fearless act of those who left their home instead of following a belief they didn't believe in showed me courage and bravery. This is where determination ties into how I now view the world of accepting the belief of chasing after something you want instead of soaking in something you are forced to do. The skills I also gained from this experience was mostly leadership and responsibility. Leadership helps me now in my business career by managing others and giving ideas out onto the table. I was telling people where to serve food and also making sure the food was ready on time. Responsibility was shown by making sure every refugee was given a meal and a shower. This made me feel good because I was making an impact on someone's day where one of five strengths activator comes in handy. Lastly, if I could do this again I would probably switch roles because hearing the many stories from my friends of the different cultures and the journey is took for them to get to Athens inspire me till this day and it would have been nice to be the one standing next to them talking instead of working in the kitchen.
